Basic Guidelines

To facilitate the quick review of submissions, there are two steps to the submission process.

Step 1: authors are first asked to submit an abstract of their proposed project (research article or position paper) or special issue. We also ask for an approximate date by which the project will be available. The Project submission form should be used for this.

For special issues, and depending on the proposed approach (call for papers, broad selection of conference papers, etc.), a specific procedure will be adopted.

Step 2: when an article is ready for submission, it must be sent via the twin site It must respect the Writing Guidelines.
